What is the Direct Relationship Model?

Insurers who operate under the Direct Relationship Model market and distribute their products and services to their customers directly and provide advice through their own exclusive teams of licensed insurance professionals. Whether through the web, on the phone or face-to-face, these insurers provide end-to-end service and are in direct relationships with their customers through all steps of the sales and service process for advice in respect of their insurance needs.
